Shipping Policy

Plain terms. The rates below are exactly what you see at checkout, and the delivery windows are what we actually hit, not marketing numbers.

Rates for the 48 states and Washington, DC

• Free Shipping on orders of $50 or more. Delivered 4 to 10 business days after processing.
• Standard Shipping, $5.95 on orders under $50. Delivered 4 to 10 business days after processing.
• Priority Shipping, $12.95. Your order goes to the front of processing and uses the fastest carrier service available for your address. Typically 3 to 6 business days.

Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying territories

• Standard Shipping, $9.95 on orders under $75. Free at $75 or more. Allow 7 to 12 business days. This zone includes Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, and APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You receive a tracking number by email the moment the carrier scans the package. If you have not received tracking after 3 business days, email us and we will find out why before you have to ask twice.

Large items

Beds, ramps, and car seats ship as oversized parcels. They use the same rates above, but they can take a day or two longer in transit and may arrive separately from smaller items in the same order. You are never charged extra for size.

Where we ship

Domestic addresses only, and we would rather say so here than surprise you at checkout.

Lost or damaged

If tracking stalls for more than 5 business days or your item arrives damaged, email info@apexflowlabs.com with your order number and a photo. We replace or refund. You do not chase the carrier; that is our job.
