Track Order

Your tracking number is emailed the moment the carrier scans your package, usually within 1 to 2 business days of ordering.

How to track

1. Open the shipping confirmation email from Apex Flow Pets.
2. Click the tracking link for live carrier updates.
3. Or paste the tracking number into the carrier's own site.

No tracking email after 3 business days?

Check spam first, then email info@apexflowlabs.com with your order number. We find out where it is and reply the same business day.

Tracking stalled?

If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, email us. We open a carrier claim and replace or refund. You do not wait on the carrier; that is our job.
