Return Policy

30 days, plain terms. If a product does not work for your pet, this is exactly what happens.

The window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return or exchange. Email info@apexflowlabs.com with your order number. We reply with instructions within one business day.

Wrong size? One free exchange

Harnesses and beds: if the size is wrong and the item is unused, we ship the correct size at no charge, once per order. You cover return postage on the original. Every product page has a fit guide with the measurements that matter; use it first, and this step is rare.

Defective or not as described

We pay return shipping and refund in full, or replace the item, your choice. Send a photo with your order number. If it is a batch problem, we pull the product from the catalog the same day.

Changed your mind

Unused items in their original packaging are refundable within 30 days. You cover return postage. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of the item arriving.

What cannot come back

• Litter boxes, fountains, and feeders that have been used, for hygiene reasons.
• Beds or harnesses with wear, hair, or odor from use.
• Anything after 30 days from delivery.
